Booking Process

Inquiries and Quotes

All booking inquiries are subject to artist availability and approval. Quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on event specifics, travel requirements, and other factors.

Confirmation and Contracts

A booking is not confirmed until:

A written agreement is signed by all parties
Required deposits or payments are received
Artist availability is confirmed in writing

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by booking and will be specified in your contract. Typical terms include:

Deposit required upon contract signing (typically 50%)
Final payment due before or on the event date
Additional fees for travel, accommodation, and technical requirements

Cancellations and Refunds

Client Cancellations

If you cancel a confirmed booking:

More than 60 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
30-60 days before event: 25% refund of deposit
Less than 30 days before event: No refund

Artist Cancellations

In the rare event that an artist must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond their control, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement or offer a full refund.

Event Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing:

Appropriate venue and technical equipment as specified
Safe and professional working environment
Accommodation and transportation as agreed
Necessary permits and licenses for the event
Security and crowd management as needed

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Creative Events Promoter or our artists and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without written permission.

Artist Representation

While we represent the artists in our roster, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes. Artists retain creative control over their performances within the scope of the agreed-upon event requirements.

Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability

Creative Events Promoter is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or revenue
Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Technical failures at venues

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Events Promoter, our artists, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your event or breach of these terms.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the booking process, including pricing, artist availability, and event details, unless disclosure is required by law.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation between parties
Mediation if negotiation fails
Arbitration or legal proceedings as a last resort

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Amsterdam.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any signed booking contracts, constitute the entire agreement between you and Creative Events Promoter regarding our services.
